Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the advanced financial analytics, Mutual Fund tracking, and multi-asset consolidation tools provided by the MutualSaathi platform (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned entirely on your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Ecosystem Evolution

By accessing or using our high-speed analytics dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. MutualSaathi is a rapidly evolving institutional ecosystem. We are currently dealing in these advanced assets offline and are actively building the infrastructure to introduce seamless buying and selling execution on this platform soon. This includes direct execution capabilities for Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF Cat I, II, III), PMS, Structured Products, Corporate Bonds, Zero Coupon Bonds, MLDs, and Insurance. These Terms will inherently apply to all upcoming features upon their release.

2. Service Usage and Analytical Restrictions

You agree to utilize our deep portfolio tracking and mutual fund analytics engine strictly for lawful, personal, or authorized institutional wealth management purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial data and watchlist parameters you input into our Mutual Fund analyzers and EMI/SIP/SWP calculators.

3. Non-Liability and Absolute Indemnification

Currently, MutualSaathi operates as an advanced data-driven analytical platform and wealth portfolio consolidator. Until our digital transaction modules are officially launched, we do not execute trades or hold client assets directly through this specific software interface.You agree to unconditionally indemnify, defend and hold harmless MutualSaathi, its founders, its analytical partners, and its wealth advisors from any financial losses, market volatilities, or capital depreciation resulting from decisions made using our platform.

No Legal Action: By utilizing our Mutual Fund screening tools or engaging with our forthcoming AIF/PMS dashboards, you expressly and irrevocably waive your right to pursue any litigation, legal action, or claims against MutualSaathi for financial decisions, API data delays, or platform downtime.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service's proprietary algorithms, including our unique "Key-in-Lock" authentication mechanics, Portfolio Analyzer engine, and overarching multi-asset wealth presentation UI, remain the exclusive intellectual property of MutualSaathi.
