What makes one Nifty 50 Index Fund better than another?

Index funds tracking the same index differ only in Tracking Error and TER. Best means lowest tracking error under 0.1% plus lowest TER under 0.1% for direct plans. Larger AUM funds track more efficiently and the compounding difference is significant over 20 years.
