Is nomination enough or do I still need a Will?

Nomination is only a trustee arrangement — nominees receive assets but must legally distribute to legal heirs per succession law (or the Will). Having only a nominee without a Will can cause family disputes. A Will overrides nomination in most cases. Do both: nominee for smooth transfer, Will for legal clarity.
